Personal Chef & Nutrition Guide 

Welcome! 

My name is Niyah Love, and I am the founder and owner of Revolutionary Bites. 

At the age of fourteen, I decided to go gluten-free and dairy-free for two weeks.

Those two weeks would change my life forever. After suffering from allergies my entire life, I was finally relieved, and my eczema was gone. Upon having the realization that common wheat was the culprit of my allergies, and cow dairy the culprit of my eczema, I made a decision. I decided to remove these pillars of the American diet from my life.

I have been a lifelong researcher, and I have always had a love for nutrition. This drastic change in my life led me to begin studying the effects of the food we eat on our body, lifestyle, and immune system. 

After studying nutrition and healthy living with Cornell University and SDGs with Bocconi University, I realized that I love the art of nutrition, and sustainability more than I could have imagined. I knew that I needed to take the blessing of this education, and the support from those around me, and pair it with my love of food, to bring light to other people. 

From there, I decided to answer my calling to "Revolutionize the Way the World Eats" by opening a company that specializes in guiding people, quite literally, through grocery stores.

Revolutionary Bites focuses on leading people on a path to a dynamic life, and equipping them with the information to create a positive ripple effect throughout the world.
